Are these original paintings or prints? All pieces in the shop are high-quality fine art prints, reproduced from Steve’s original paintings. Each print is produced on demand through our print fulfillment partner and ships directly to you.
Are prints signed? Prints are currently unsigned. If you’re interested in a signed piece or a special commission, please contact us directly.
Do the colors look exactly like the original painting? We take great care to ensure color accuracy in our product photography. However, monitor settings and screen calibration can affect how colors appear on your device. If you have questions about a specific piece, feel free to reach out before ordering.
Ordering & Payment
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as other payment methods available at checkout via Stripe.
Can I change or cancel my order? Orders are sent to our fulfillment partner quickly after purchase. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible at steveandersonabstractart@gmail.com. We’ll do our best to accommodate you, but we cannot guarantee changes once production has begun.
Shipping
Where do you ship? We currently ship within the United States.
How long does shipping take? Most orders are produced and shipped within 3–7 business days. Delivery time after shipment is typically 5–10 business days, depending on your location.
Do you offer expedited shipping? At this time, we offer standard shipping only. If you have an urgent need, contact us, and we’ll try our best to accommodate your needs.
How much does shipping cost? Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and destination. Diptych and triptych sets ship in multiple packages due to their size.

My order arrived damaged. What do I do? We’re sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 2 days of delivery at steveandersonabstractart@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We’ll make it right.
